While I saw quite a bit both in the original post and in yours that I agree with, on the other hand, exposure to antiracist training has had an effect on the way that I act, on my social consciousness in general, on my perspective of the world and the way that I treat people. So while I recognize the problem, I have to disagree that antiracism training doesn't do anything for people, because it did for me.
