I'm not talking about offering training classes or whatever in diversity or anti-racism for those who want to learn from those who are WILLING to teach.

I'm talking about people expecting an education from any PoC who talks about racism, and I'm talking about those people who want to know the words and the theory but don't want to change their behaviors.
