To make sure I'm understanding you correctly, do you mean ALL possible types and forms of disabilities? Because "disability" is a big, big umbrella term that encompasses a LOT of things.
I suspect my umbrella may not be encompassing all the things that other people's umbrellas do! I'm trying to think of an example of a disability which it would not be preferable to have a 'fix' for (and that's very sloppy shorthand for 'cure / treatment / technological compensation (e.g. spectacles) / avoidance') ... but I can't think of one off-hand, and suspect that I'm not thinking broadly enough.
