megwrites: Reading girl by Renoir. (Default)
Chaucer Hath A Blog.

It's written entirely in Chaucer-style English, and, for those who aren't so good on reading English that isn't, yanno, contemporary English, Chaucer offers this helpful tip about his English:

"Talke to yt slowlie, as if it were an olde relative whom thou lovest verie muche, and yt shal talke back to thee."

I LOL'ed prolongedly at this statement.

And? Those who read and speak LOLcat fluently will have an easier time of it, because it's really quite phonetic at times. So, sound it out.

The big question is, however: WHY, for the love of His Noodly Appendage, did nobody inform me of this awesome blog sooner?

Am I going to have to fire people from my f-list for withholding the awesome? Am I?

*glowers*

*waves threatening ruler of discipline*

Next time there's an awesome new blog, I expect to be told immediately.
