I'm not sure when they'll arrive, but let me know if you live in the U.S. and yours hasn't come in about two weeks. Outside the U.S, if you haven't gotten yours by mid-June let me know as well.
And if you want a letter from me and didn't ask in the first round, feel free to ask now! Just give me a valid mailing address and any topics you want me to write about or questions you want answered (if you have any). Comments to this post will also be screened for anyone who wants to participate.
