This is the first time I've heard of that Tumblr account. It seems like a schadenfreude-fest which started at all because deriding bad writing is currently trending, in Twitterspeak. And often WriMos are perfectly aware that their writing (for NaNo, that is) sucks but they're cool with it. Maybe less so with having strangers point and laugh at that same writing.
