It's interesting, because I didn't really get that out of the post. :) Some characters just sing louder than others. Me, I have a really easy time getting into the heroine's head, but I struggle with the hero. In a book or a story, it's always the heroine's POV and thoughts and quirks that come to me, rather than the hero. Which is why I eternally struggle with writing a regular romance. Because I'm not good at getting in the guy's head and showing how he feels. He's more of an afterthought for me - I'm far more interested in what is going on with the heroine.

Of course, this does not mean I won't give up on writing a regular romance. It's just one of those "Huh. Neat." type moments for me.
