I really like this format you're using for your project notes. I am copying it wholesale, maybe adding a thing or do. I'm in the final production crunch for getting my WIP done and to the publisher, and I need more/better structure to my process than what I'm doing right now. Looks like this would help me pay attention to some things I need to pay attention to. Thanks!
