So, I decided to do both ideas. Yes, that's right friends and Romans, I'm going to be writing not one, but two novels for NaNoWriMo.

I know that this is a bad idea and is proof that I have no idea what I'm doing. I am AWARE. KTHNXBAI.

Word counts:

Bound for Canaan (Novel #1)
2000 / 50000
(4%)

The Bronze Orchid (Novel #2)
980 / 50000
(1.96%)

I picture you as writing one with each hand, simultaneously.

Anyway good luck and I'll be admiring your word counts! I might finish a story this month in solidarity with novelling friends, but work is eating my weekends right now so I can't NaNo properly, alas.

Heh. I did this last year. It was easy to see (once I started) which one was the goer, and which one wasn't. About six days into it, I think? Mazel tov, however it works out for you!

Good luck! I wanted to do that too this year, but the idea for the second novel just kept changing and didn't want to grow solid.
