This always happens. I make an outline, I set the course, I put my foot down.
And my novel runs right over it all.
Also: why do all my characters wanna talk and do stuff when I have like *six seconds* to get to class?
I think the first person who ever wrote fiction must've been called a lunatic. Because *dude*. People in your head that make you think and write and do stuff like sit in front a computer for HOURS when you need to sleep or eat or do work. And you LOVE it even when you HATE it.
Yep. This is pretty much what I want to do with my life.
I'm thinking that this is a "take a straight jacket down and pass it around" type situation.
