Ah, McSweeney's, how you tell the truth

The best summary of "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" (or C.S. Lewis's thinking) I've ever seen:

C.S. LEWIS: Finally, a utopia ruled by children and populated by talking animals.

THE WITCH: Hi, I'm a sexually mature woman of power and confidence.

C.S. LEWIS: Ah! Kill it, lion Jesus!

Lewis just really never grew out of his "eww, girl cooties" stage, did he?

Very funny! Thanks for the link.

I also like their Sex and the City meets Kingdom of the Crystal Skull bit.

My understanding is that he did grow out, after he got married. However, that was after Narnia.
